1. Using MeetDayo

These Terms of Service govern your access to MeetDayo and Dayo. By creating an account or continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms. If your institution gives you access, its own policies may also apply.

You must provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in details secure, and use the service only through an account and institution network you are authorised to access.

2. What Dayo provides

Dayo helps people discover institution resources, opportunities, supporters, and possible routes toward a goal. It may generate suggestions, summaries, and draft language from the information available to it.

Dayo can support a decision, but it does not make the decision for you. Review important information yourself and use qualified professional support where legal, medical, financial, safeguarding, or other specialist advice is needed. An introduction, match, response, or outcome is not guaranteed.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not use MeetDayo for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, discriminatory, or harassing activity.
• Do not impersonate another person, misrepresent your affiliation, or submit information you are not entitled to share.
• Do not attempt to bypass access controls, probe the service for vulnerabilities, disrupt its operation, or extract data at scale without permission.
• Treat students, supporters, institution staff, and other participants respectfully. Participation in an introduction or conversation remains voluntary.

4. Your content and requests

You remain responsible for the information, messages, files, links, and requests you submit. You permit MeetDayo to process that content as needed to provide the service, route requests, maintain conversations, support safety, and operate your institution workspace.

Only share personal or confidential information that is relevant and that you are authorised to provide. Institution staff may be able to review activity where required to deliver services, administer the workspace, or respond to safety concerns.

5. Availability and changes

Features may change as MeetDayo is improved or as an institution changes its workspace. Access may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, security, or operational reasons.

We may update these terms when the service or applicable requirements change. The current version will be posted here with its update date. Continuing to use MeetDayo after an update means the revised terms apply from that point.

6. Ending or restricting access

You may stop using MeetDayo at any time. Your institution may also change or end your access to its workspace. Access may be restricted when reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate misuse, comply with applicable requirements, or maintain the service.

7. Responsibility and contact

To the extent permitted by applicable law, MeetDayo is provided without a promise that every feature will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.
